CHALET: studio apartment with double bed. Also contains double sofa-bed.

Accommodation:
The main house and chalet (studio-apartment) are rented as
separate units with private entrances and parking for each.

bedroom downstairs.
Two double bedrooms and two single bedrooms upstairs. Bathroom with
instant electric shower. Oil-fired
central heating. Washing machine,
tumble-dryer, large fridge, gas hob,
electric fan oven, 32” widescreen
TV/DVD.

 

CHALET: Kitchen-sitting room. Bathroom with instant shower. Double bed, dbl sofa-bed. Washing machine, fridge, electric cooker, microwave, wardrobes, electric heating, TV. Private patio. Sleeps 2+2.

Other Facilities:
Microwave, CD player, kettle, toaster, iron, bedside lamps. Bed linen, towels and & tea towels are supplied. Electricity and oil are metered and charged at cost. Sorry – no pets.

“An Bóithrín” is a cosy modern cottage and chalet on a spacious half-acre site in
the heart of the village of Kinvara.
The cottage has views of the world-famous
Burren mountains to the south
west. Kinvara is renowned for its lively traditional
music scene, sailing and festivals.
Other local attractions include medieval
banquets at Dunguaire Castle and seaweed baths. Kinvara is just a short drive
from the Burren area of North Clare.

2 minutes walk to shops, pubs, cafés, hotel, sea etc. 10 minutes drive to the
beautiful Trácht beach.

Nearby amenities include Gort Golf Club, The Cliffs of Moher, The Aran Islands,
Aillwee Caves, Burren Perfumery and Floral Centre, Coole Park, Thoor Ballylee,
Kiltartan Museum, Dunguaire Castle, Kilmacduagh. 35 mins drive from Galway City,
20 mins from Galway airport, 1 hour from Shannon airport. For detailed directions

Terms & Conditions
Rental period: 16:00 hrs on starting Saturday until 11:00 hrs on the following Saturday.
Booking: 50% deposit on booking, balance due one month before arrival.
