Isham', (meaning home on the water),
is a recently completed detached bungalow on a scenic
secluded limestone peninsula of six acres on the Eastern
Shores of Lough Mask, renowned for game and coarse angling.
This is an exceptional location on the Mayo/Galway border.

The house has lake views from
all windows, has plenty of parking, garden furniture,
barbeque and shed.
A boat on the adjoining bay is included with the house for
clients sole use any time they wish.

This house comprises of a tiled
entrance hallway, 4 bedrooms - 1 ensuite bedroom complete
with electric shower, wash-hand basin and toilet and 1
bedroom with a wash-hand basin. There is a seprate bathroom
which has a separate shower, bath, wash-hand basin and
toilet. There are 3 Double Beds and 2 Single Beds and a Cot
if required. Bed Linen & Towels are provided.

The Kitchen and Dining Room
is equipped with fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, electric
oven and grill, halogen hob, kettle, coffee maker, toaster,
crockery, glasses, pots, pans, cutlery etc., radio/CD player.
There is seating for 8 people at the dining table and there are
also 2 kitchen counter stools. The Utility area consits of
washing machine, tumble dryer, sink and storage The Sitting Room
is very relaxing and has an open fire, Multi-Channel Television
and Video.
